The Picture Post (Yes, that IS a gunrack in my truck)
This is the infamous Scout I accidentally killed. Well, that I put in a coma. I figure as much as I talk about it, I might as well give people a visual.

This is the view of the Bookcliffs and the future vineyard after a nice snow.

And this is my nephew practicing for being a badass like the rest of us one day. Or fixing to break some shit, who knows.

Cléa: The top strata on those mountains is an old beach, that has to count for something.
It’s sort of odd, but in the mountains, the snow generally means it’s warmer out than normal. There’s a sort of change in the atmosphere before it snows and the temperature raises. Then you know to watch out.
Daisyfae: It’s real solid, I just have two trouble spots on the other side, but the steel panels are on order.
And you know I wouldn’t keep a girl around that was unwilling to get half nekkid on a hot day.

What’s all that white stuff all over the ground? Looks kinda soft and marshmallowy.

It is a little soft, but powdery. Believe it or not, it’s little ice crystals! They fall out of the sky!
I don’t think kangaroos could handle it.

Ice crystals that fall out of the sky? You expect me to believe that? Next you’ll be telling me that water falls out of the sky too!

Love the photos … and that’s one good-looking truck.
